Tour to Coorg

Many days we were thinking of Coorg.
Now started to rain so to go or not to go.

Finally said , yess and ventured into unthinking adventure like ' jingadi na mile dobara' movie style.
So Pune - Bangluru flight then Bengluru to Mudkeri by road.

Day-1:

ये पर्बतों के दायरे ये शाम का धुआँ
ऐसे में क्यों न छेड़ दें दिलों की दास्ताँ

ज़रा सी ज़ुल्फ़ खोल दो फ़िज़ा में इत्र घोल दो
नज़र जो बात कह चुकी वो बात मुँह से बोल दो
कि झूम उठे निगाह में बहार का समाँ
ये पर्बतों के दायरे ...

Abbey waterfall 

                     What does this "dried tree" want??
There is abundant water due to Harangi dam, land is fertile, there are caring gardeners, But this tree dried ! There are some personalities who get depressed in availability of all happyness !!
marathi poet bal-kavi had said,
"काय बोचते,ते नच कळते हृदयातील अंतर-हृृदयाला..."
(i dont understand what pains deep in my heart)

In the evening we went for jeep ride at Mandalpatti

Meet the jeep driver Mr.Amey...

omg what a terrific driving...
we were screaming with fear.
Narrow road and he was speeding the jeep, a rollercoster expirience...
on enquiring understood that he worked in forest department !!

Day-3 : The Tamara Coorg (resort)
            ( A must visit place )

who has time to look to nature ?

sensitive minds read nature like a book !

वाट इथे स्वप्नातिल संपली जणू

Day-4 :

The cottages at The Tamara resort are just amazing in respect of design, luxury, taste and eco friendly material usage. Geographically the land is uneven but that shortcoming they converted into strong point ! 

So we find restaurant built on a vally.

And cottages built on stilts.

In The Tamara resort there is trek walk, spice walk ( intro to plants n herbs) , indoor/ outdoor sports, swimming pool, message,steam, sauna and much more. Staff is very helpful n food is great .

Electrical buggys and ever helping buggy- men/ women assist pick up n drop service.

'The Tamara Coorg' is a perfect destination to unwind,relax n rejuvenate.
